ok someone please help me I need to cut out the top of my picture to make it smaller so it can fit on my background on youtube all I know how to do is cut it out and make it white but I want to get rid of the whole top part someone please help thanks so much.
Yea could be but it could be more like youtube can count wrong xD did the same with me once it said in my account my video had 899views and when i watched the video it only had like 876
