If you want to film as a basis for judging your own squat depth, go with a side view, from the floor or about the same height as your knee. From any other angle it can be very hard to determine if you hit parallel or not due to various visual effects. If you can pull it off, film both at the same time as you squat for just one or two sessions to compare and see how big of a difference it is.
There is a reason powerlifting meets have side judges.
doesnt matter how narrow u squat u still gotta push the knees out
