  • How did you get the long stitches and the weave look? I followed TJW1963 exactly and mine looks like her sample, but nothing like yours, HELP!!

  • You do beautiful work. I have just watched Teresa's basket weave video. Your pattern seams to have larger, more squared segments. Did you do 2 rows of

    fpdc and 2 rows of bpdc to get them that large? Thanks.

    I started with 112 stitches. Which is pattern stitch multiple of 8 +4. Hope this helps.

  • Tjw1963 has the best basketweave tutorials on youtube. Look up: "crochet basketweave crochet stitch" by tjw1963. She also has a "frontpost back post double crochet tutorial in slow motion. That's who I learned from. :)

  • I did 4 rows each way to make this blanket. For smaller projects like a scarf

    I use 2 rows each.
