  • I got the same one anyone got any ideas on fixing the pedals both the pedals went out and whats drums without double bass?

  • I'm going to make this song into a ring tone for my phone. Just kidding...

Hey, does anyone know if any other pedals (hi-hat and bass drum) that will work with a dd55. I think mine are broken and I would really like a pedal, not the stomp pad looking pedals that come with the kit already. I wonder if Roland, Yamaha or Pintech sell something that would work???? Help??

  • 45seconds+ was nice beat

  • i remember that song at the beginning zomg i used to listen to it like everyday lol

  • put it through an amp. its pritty cool

  • That was good.

  • the only 1 problem that their is with the DD55 is that the'pedals' aren't pedals. I find it quite hard to do any kind of double bass with the buttons that are supposed to be hit with your feet on the floor. But this can be solve by simply rigging it. All you have to do is tape the DD55 pedals on a wall and use actual drum pedals to hit the DD55 'pedals' that would be taped on the wall. It's kind of a cheap way to get a cool feelthough

  • @mapexdrums3 wow! nice idea dude! i also have the same problem, i would try your suggestion! thanks again!

  • wow sounds like smashing pumpkins zero on the midi guitar at first

  • wow, u r good, man!

  • playy...too bad

  • Yes - although you dont get the " Bounce " of say a set of skins. it is great fun, and can compliment a band on stage, although most guitars/vocalists say it dont look so good on stage - true - buy one you wont be dissapointed - dont forget Dream Theatre Wembley London 13th October be there -

  • is this drum set good

  • Yes. play it through an amp, although its not for learning on. only buy it if you can play...

  • hey is this thing even worth buying? cus i was thinking about getting this cus its pretty cheap than a normal electronic drum set

  • The midi track is, pre set into the machine, there are 144 variations, and the choice of 44 diferent kits. you can also custamise to make each pad and foot pad play a vast selection of precussion sounds.

New Dream Theater album out in June - buy it

  • where'd the Midi track come from?

  • Thanks mate. I have pluged it in via some nice Pevey 200 speakers via a 500 watt amp. it sounds pretty good. I have been playing for over 35 years now. the small kit takes alot of getting used too. did sit in with a rockabilly band pre xmas on a full kit. it was like someone had handed back my soul .. Get lots of insipration from MP of Dream theater keep rockin mate ( dude)

  • u are a good drummer..i can see that

juz buy a good amp with wide frequency range, dude..

plug it in and u rock..

i mean the onboard sound = sucks.. an amp will not cost much..

  • how do u manage to play on something so small .. it sounds good though

  • Its actaully better standing up, although difficult with the foot pedels. You tend to clash the sticks alot. Its not the same as a proper kit. but it does have a hundred or so variations of kit. check out my other posting- Electronic Drums DD55
