方亚芬 should stick to singing 袁派. I have a DVD with her singing in the role of 林黛玉 in 红楼梦。Regrettably her style pales in comparison to 王文娟 or other 王派 singers.

方亚芬 is obviously a highly experienced Yueju Master . She not only sings well, but if you pay close attention to her every move, expression, even the look in her eyes, they are all close to perfection. She never ceases to amaze me..How I wish I can meet her in person.

我喜欢越剧，昆曲，以及京戏，但是我最喜欢的是黄梅调戏。我这个­ABC比较容易听懂黄梅调。我最喜欢的黄梅戏是1969年拍的三­笑，那三笑里的演员是李菁与凌波演；那是我最喜欢的黄梅调故事，­因为很幽默还有它妈难得Happy Ending！
