  • This government is the worst in Australias history.

Get rid of them while there is still something left to save.

  • @Mischelle999 Oh like labor doesn't kiss ass of big business... That's where they get all their union fees from. You lefty fucks crack me up. You fall for some idealistic hippy feel good bullshit with barely a thought to the facts of reason or cause or even a thought of that maybe what you think is bullshit.

  • @brentoneccles They won't implement any climate change policies because the science is junk. The rest of the world has woken up to this green madness and so are we. I once attended protests over Kyoto, but was fortunate to meet prof Lindzen and prof Christie and I began a five year journey that showed what alot of biased bullshit AGW is.

  • STOP THIS VIDEO AT 4MINS 20SECS AND PETER COSTELLO EXPLAINS HOW WE ARE PAYING SOMEONE ELSE THE RIGHT TO USE OUR OWN COAL

  • your time is done labour get out and let someone who knows what there doing run the country

  • Nails it...not so sure. Not one mention of the reason why, the fact that the do nothing option will lead to warming with catastrophic results for life as we know it on earth. Short term economic analysis by costello without looking at the big picture.

  • "This [economic reform] is designed to create inefficiencies"

Oh what like gst and work choices? What a help they were.

  • Not only did the Liberal party go to the 2007 election with a climate change policy, it has a current climate change policy that is far more costly than Labor's scheme. The joke is that you guys are opposing Labor when, if the Coalition is elected the carbon price scheme will go and the Liberal party will implement climate policies that will cost even more.

  • Hehe nice how you Australians take examples from such fine countries like Russia and the middle east. Truly striving for greatness I see.

  • just wasted 5.07 min of my life watching this...

  • abbott wants taxypayers to pay l$60 tonne under his direct action plan

    costello is gone

  • Costello is such class

  • PC for PM

  • @MrPectos What does that have to do with anything?

  • Australian's don't want a 2 party duopoly in politics anymore. They people are screaming for action and to get their freedoms back, and the right to survive.

Katter's Australian Party is the only option. No spin, no lies, just facts, figures and practical real world solutions.

  • yeah the quality of this journalism is quite low, at the start of the video i thought he may be going in for the though questions, the sophistacated analysis of the issue, but anyone with half a brain can see there is an evident bias in this interview. im not saying labour's better than liberal (they're not), just that journalists have to step up to the plate with this kind of stuff.

at least this guy is Not a malignant racist prick like some others in the media *Cough Alan Jones Cough*

  • costello is spot on. the money collected from this tax is not going to be used for carbon reduction. amongst other things they propose to give 3-4 billion to the United Nations just to try and buy a seat for Kevin Rudd and then pander to Bob Brown who wants a one world government. It's all a blatant lie and money grab.

  • al gore and rothschild want us all as slaves............

  • "Anything that Gillard touches turns to dust!" Love it....

  • He dosn't find anyone else in the world that takes this attitude? Try New Zealand

  • Bolt is such a coward

I've never actually seen him debate anyone on this show he disagrees with

the only ALP people he gets on are the rats like Latham

  • @bigswano That's because he's trying to educate lefty loonies and labor voters.

  • @kevvys1a1woos

I find it ironic that right wingers cry over the supposed "left wing propaganda". The people crying happen to be writers for the right wing herald sun, channel 10, fox news who spread this left wing propaganda bullshit through their own right wing propaganda shows.

You right wing nuts need to stop being so melodramatic and fear mongering.

  • @kevvys1a1woos

    B-I-A-S-E-D

  • @kevvys1a1woos

Matey you have to admire ol Bigwand, crikey after cock ups like Insulation, The opening of Borders, Schools, Grocery watch, fuel watch, cash for clunkers, Carbon Tax, NBN, Health, Set Top Boxs, Live Exports, etc, how many commos would even admit to voting for the Reds/Greens let alone support the most inept bunch of wankers ever!

He may even get a chance a pre-selection for a safe ABC, Channel 7, The Australian position. He may even be the next Riley, Bonjourno or Koch

  • @bigswano Mate, he keeps asking people from the left to come on his show, none of them have the guts to do it though.

  • @figjam999 why would they. this show is the equivalent of a half-hour long Liberal party campaign ad.

  • @bigswano And Q&A, Insiders etc aren’t hour long Labor party spin exercises? Please.

  • @figjam999 seriously? Insiders always has one extreme right winger on the show (christopher pearson, andrew bolt etc) and Q&A always has a Liberal on as well as one of those people from the Institute of Public Affairs. This is so right-wing, it makes Bill O'Reilly look positively unbiased. It's a show for people who don't want to think and have already made up their minds

  • @bigswano The token conservative on Insiders is usually howled down by the (invariably) two centre-left panelists. Witness the attack by Crabb and that old queen David Marr on the very moderate Michael Stutchbury on last week's show. And Q&A is a joke - they broadcast mainly pro-left tweets, and the audience abuses and boos anyone from the right who dares stand up for their assertions. I grant you the Bolt Report is very right wing - not as bad as O'Reilly, but it's not alone in being biased.

  • @bigswano that is because those who oppose his views are scared to debate him. That doesn't define a coward. Coward defines his opponents......don't you think

  • @angus1000001 They talk to people like Alan Jones, yet not Andrew Bolt? Bolt isn't interested in actual political debate. He's just a mouthpiece for the neo-cons. Not to mention a shoddy journalist who uses google to write his racially intolerant opinion pieces.

  • @bigswano Mate personally I like him, he is one of the few that is not politically correct, yes he is regarded as raacially intolerant becuase of the massive frauds and handouts in the Aboriginal Industry.

Telling the truth may not be nice but its right. Also he takes a stand against other leeches on the free ride society such sd civil libertarians / drug addicts, greenies other activists and cryers of society.

    Onya Bolty

  • @bigswano Thats a very typical liberal approach they have never won a debate because they are only pushing for the big end of town, and that does not go down well with the people of australia , i have never seen toney rabbit say anything intelligent in his life , he just sits there sniping from the side, they really playing dirty games now with this sh#t slinging ,they are desperate and have the huge cashcow of the big end of town to push their poison .

  • @bigswano

    Its called BALANCE.

He is balancing fools like Tony Jones, who always have a load of leftys on his show.

  • why is he talking in a farncy accent for?

  • he has GOT TO COME BACK!

  • @bennyboytalk Costello is great, there's no doubt about that, but he wasn't here when he was needed, was he. The coalition probably would have won the last election if he had accepted the leadership after Howard's defeat, and we would have been spared the iniquitous Gillard/Brown regime and it's diabolical carbon tax.

  • @kevvys1a1woos the only thing that made a liberal government look good in the howard and costello years was the thrusting of a GST on the people of australia ,they won so much extra cash that even costello said it was an insane amount of money.and we didnt see any benefit for the ordinary people of australia and they rolled in that rippoff and we had to just pay up on top of the taxes that said they would abolish

  • tax = theft.

  • Exactly right. I was looking at where the "emission reductions" were coming from. Answer is quite surprising. There are no significant reductions (not that 5% target is significant anyway), a massive majority of the ALP/Green models stated amount is coming from buying permits. FFS ! Thank God the majority of the electorate are smart enough to be against this scramble for political refuge.

  • @ellicattube yes, as Costello says.. "Most of the abatement by the way is premised on the fact that we will buy permits from someone else. What happens, at the end of the day is that we are paying someone else to use our coal"
