@lovecomesaround Pick up the tempo?!?! Have you heard Ray Charles' versions (1984 and 2004) he is covering? They are the same tempo as this, very poignant! Daniel's tempo is absolutely perfect--and his rendition sublime!

You can keep the faster versions of Dolly Parton, Tommy Emmanuel, et al. I LOVE Daniel's as much as I love Ray Charles' version--and as a Ray Charles fan, that's saying something. Fantastic talent, Daniel!

Did you use a conversion or compression utility to convert/reduce size of the vid ? I've observed that several things can lead to choppy, out of sync vids, the aforementioned, also resource issues (low cpu/memory availability), the recorder itself - its capabilities/settings, lighting, video resolution/size.. Anh, no biggy, you sound good anyway!

Hmm, do you remember what format the file was in before you uploaded it ? What about other files you uploaded around that same time, if any ? I wondered if it was a conversion issue when you uploaded it to YT or if perhaps they were experiencing some problems in the system when you uploaded that one. danielhassixstrings, if you want to fix the video (you asked in the description section), if your webcam is USB, make sure it's plugged in the BACK of your PC. I had the exact problem with my webcam when it was plugged in the front USB ports. It's clear enough, just jerks because of the resistance traveling through the thin wires connecting the front USB ports to the main port. Hope this helps.

Your video problem: All you need to do is consider what you did differently this time, compared to when your videos were fine. Different recording settings? New (unrelated, even) software installed recently? As ruvio00 suggests, see what's running in the background, potentially hogging CPU resources as you record your videos. You have changed *something* on your system since your last glitch-free video, so remember what it was and fix it.

yeah dude, if youre running win XP it might just be lagging a bit, try CTRL alt delete and go to processes, try shutting some of the ones that look useless down, record, then restart when ure done recording x
