This song is funny to me. One, because it reminds me of my stepfather when my baby brother was born (I had more experience with newborns at 16 than he did at 38). Two, because in my family, this was switched. My father was always the more domesticated one, knew how to cook, sew, do laundry, fix broken dolls, etc. My mother (also a single parent, like my dad) was horrible at it. She burned the food, the laundry went undone, dishes piled up, etc. :P
