As far as hair goes, I always said if a new fad came in where women went around bald, sign me up, because I hate fiddling with hair....the sprays, gels, dealing with bad hair days etc and there is no getting around it, white hair ages you. Still trying to be hip and happening! Hope your Easter was festive!

I've also had that experience of losing a bunch of weight and regaining it because I let my guard down and started behaving as a "normal" person - praying that I don't let that happen again. But yes, I hear where you're coming from. Good luck with going back to the basics!
