  • @PersianR1A hey dipshit eat shit u wannabe'' look who's talking your current country is run by arabs not persians'' sucks to be you'' atleast we got the grace of god on our side never to be eliminated'' we are gods right hand so who wants to get punched in the mouth''

  • I'm doing a presentation on Sargon in a week do you have any info you could send me, or direct me towards? Any help would be appreciated.

  • Master, Sargon was an actual person. Not a god. In the Bible he was known as Nimrod, his mother Semiramis. He started the first organized civilization after the flood which we know as Ancient Sumeria (babylon). He was described as a mighty hunter and he was the first to put up walls around a city for protection and was thus worshipped as a god. When he died, his mother/wife Semiramis made up a story that his soul now resided in the sun. This started the worlds sun worship system.

  • Just a my first comment stated "No wonder this god's are gone from both human history and human worship, Could you just imagine what kind world we would have if there where people walking around believing this crap" it was a lower case (g) this means I am aware that the god is mortal or human. Also, Christian is not the worship of the sun or even the son, it is the worship of the true God of the universe.

    thanks for sharing.

  • this is false, the ealiest tablets containing the sargon epic make NO refrence to the baby in a basket story it was added much later possibly by sargon II, so that the local population of syria would sympathize and assosiate with their culture helping them in their conquests, it was in fact lifted directly from jewish scripture, not the other way round.

  • That's not correct.

In fact, the complete Akkadian epic predates the old testament by nearly 2,000 years.

  • Helvis, again I am lead back to your site while studying the origins of many biblical stories. I just recently found out about the similarity between the Moses story and Sargon on the web. While searching youtube for a vid on it, here is your site again, same as with Noah and Gilgamesh. Keep up the great work.

  • Hey FuryOfMsMarvel,

Glad you enjoyed. It's pretty wild to see these stories we generally associate with the Bible in their earliest forms.

    Thanks again.

  • Do you plan on making anything on the Seven Creation Tablets. I have been studying this for a while and the evolution of the story into Babylonian culture and then onto the Creation Story into the bible. I have found some great research into the evolution of the 7 Creation Tablets. Amazing to see the story transform and evolve into what is now in Genesis. Hence, 7 Creation Tablets, now 7 Days of Creation.

  • Do you mean the Enuma Elish?

  • wow, you spent quiet of bit of time, to put this together. Good job man

  • Thank you Assyrianpianist,

I'm glad you enjoyed it. More meso epic poetry on the way. Got a little sidetracked with the leaked tablets but I couldn't resist. Anyway, we'll be getting back to the irrefutables, to the ancient texts.

    Thanks again.

  • Great!

  • :) good shit

  • that was pretty awesome - i would love to see you do something like this with the 'exaltation of ishtar' which is attributed to sargon's daughter whom he appointed as high priestess; enheduanna.

  • Thanks Catalineas, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I'll check out the Ishatar piece. Hopefully, I can do it. I'll let you know.

  • how old is this Helvis213

    i really wonder

  • Very old. The Sumerian King List has Sargon death listed as 2215 BCE, so without digging out the big books, this piece is older than 3500 years. Pretty cool.

  • Lemme know 2 if U do the Ishtar Story!

  • I'm glad you enjoyed the video.

    Thanks Milt
