  • You would be best then to stick to some of the fire roads around the area. You can park at Shepards Lake and ride a bit from there. Be sure to do plenty of out and backs so you don't get lost and start to familiarize yourself with the area. However, it would be worth it to make the drive to Stewart or Hartshore for trails that may be better suited for you.

  • Hey, thanks for posting this up for NJ'ers. I was wondering if you can tell me which is the easiest trail in ringwood? This will be my first time ever on a trail, and I hear ringwood is for advanced riders but I cant drive far. Thank you!

  • @harrisonhc1 This is in Ringwood & Ramapo State Park of New Jersey. The trails are very technical and the park offers miles of options.
