He does make some good contacts, but the short guy (I am assuming Bonaduce) is always on the attack and makes consistent contact, usually with the side of the big guys headgear. From that, you aren't going to get marks on your face, but you will get points in the judges eyes. Decision is simple Retard wins, big guy loses.
