I guess in a way, that teacher saved my life.

I don't think that bullying, family, mental conditions etc. Are reasons to justify shootings. On a different note it was a good video In a way, though it does show the other sides of the story, I don't believe it's justified. It's pretty messed up that Faculty know of the bullying, but Do nothing.
Good video. I've often felt empathy for the shooters when these stories make the headlines, but it's taboo to side with the shooters, even though often times, they themselves were victims. @Candpals all of these cases i found on wikipedia. i analyzed every school shooting both nationally and internationally and made my judgments based on what the articles said. Columbine isnt on here cuz it was later proven that the shooters werent bullied very much, they just decided to shoot up their school, so thats why it isnt justified.

@d9412 yes and i agree! though one can only stay calm for some long, plus i feel it takes an enormous amount of courage to will oneself to fight back with such a level of deadly intensity, especially if they plan on killing themselves at the end. so that being said these shooters are anything but cowards, rather they should be viewed as martyrs in the name of anti-bullying

I don't think that bullying, family, mental conditions etc. Are reasons to justify shootings. On a different note it was a good video In a way, though it does show the other sides of the story, I don't believe it's justified. It's pretty messed up that Faculty know of the bullying, but Do nothing.

Good video. I've often felt empathy for the shooters when these stories make the headlines, but it's taboo to side with the shooters, even though often times, they themselves were victims. You do a good job articulating that message though, through the video and your replies to the misinformed. Btw, what's the title of the song on the vid?

@jmitnick210 thanks ^^ yes telling the truth about school shootings definitely is a controversial thing to do, but the truth needs to be told! and misinformed people need to be made informed! granted only a few shootings did make it onto my justified list, though i had about 5 more that i dident put in the video cuz the song was too short.

I also knew a family whose daughter was on the last bus back from the school, so they thought she had died. They told us how terrible they felt when they saw the looks of the other parents who's kids weren't on the bus.

@Candpals all of these cases i found on wikipedia. i analyzed every school shooting both nationally and internationally and made my judgments based on what the articles said. Columbine isnt on here cuz it was later proven that the shooters werent bullied very much, they just decided to shoot up their school, so thats why it isnt justified.

@five5x if what you say is true then why do we justify killing home intruders and other people in the name of self defense? for some reason though when it comes to killing bullies you say thats not justified? bullying IS a form of personal assault, and responding with force, deadly or not, is justified based on the motive of self defense. these shooters were backed into a corner and had no choice but to defend themselves.

I feel bad about the people in the videos and the fact they didn't get the help they needed but the real victims are the kids who were gunned down. The Virginia Tech shooting can not be "Justified" no matter what your definition of the word may be.
