i love your baby i wish i got tarzan when he was a baby i adopted him he was 6 but hes the best bird ever so much fun you will have years of fun with yours wait to they start talking then they tell you to shut up ha ha he will talk keep talking to him spend a time with him .oh about the wing clipping take him this way he wont be mad with you have your vet do it . but since hes young you can get him use to you by touching his wings now so he gets use to you
