Plus, it's not like the Royal Knights are evil, like in Frontier. They simply believe themselves to be the protectors of the order of the Digital World.

The only thing I don't like about them in this season is that some of them get defeated by the DATS. (Which seems highly unbelievable by their profile information)

Well Burst Mode is what activates when a digimon reaches its highest level of power, and is powered with intense human emotions to the point of a sort of evolution past mega level, so that's not unlikely. I think the Commander should get off his butt and Burst Mode Kentaurosmon (sp?); if that's not OP I don't know what is.

@siasher34 Omnimon (omegamon in japanese materials) is a royal knight. however, he is a good guy and considered one of the most justice oriented digimon in the entire franchise. but jsut because he decides something is just or right, doesnt mean it is. Fore example, in the manga he was a bad guy and an enemy to taichi even though he thought he was doing good. digimon can sometimes do a good job of blurring the lines of good and evil

Don't think about past forms in the case of the Royal Knights, they are not the ones we know and love from earlier.(or hate) The Royal Knights are normally good guys, but they serve King Drasil, so if King Drasil makes an evil decision, they are bound to serve unfortunately.

Are you thinking of the Gaia Origins, where Gallantmon Crimson Mode is the "leader" with Beelzemon Blast Mode is second in command. the Gaia Origin has Gallantmon CM, Omnimon, Alphamon, Duftmon, Sleipmon (Kentarusmon) who are all Royal Knights as well. the only Royal Knight in DWD whos not apart of the Gaia Origin is Magnamon, since the other members are not in Dawn or Dusk.
