how do you clean your tank

i do 15 gallon water changes every 1-2 weeks.

i scrub the glass with a razor blade once a week.

i prune the plants once a week.

i clean the filter every 3 months.

thats it.

Those little sun fish are mean! I tried putting one with my goldfish and it constantly picked on them.

First of all, please tell me that you didn't purchase the "Bloodsport" soundtrack. Secondly, that being said, I kept waiting for one of the fish to perform the Dim Mak on another fish or break open the aquarium.

first of all, the song was purchased for 99 cent at itunes. secondly, as you already know, the "dim mak" reference was made in a figurative fashion. it is reasonable to assume that my aquarium performs the same psychological impact as the Jean Claude version. and turdly, you are my TINA!!! dont you ever forget that!!!

i know how you feel. i had tried many natives. OSS were on my most wanted list too!!! you will not regret it when you get them. it was cool catching them. they are great in a planted tank with dwarf plecos.

i was your age when i was collecting sunfish for my aquarium. my first fish was a bluegill in a 10 gallon aquarium. i remember that as if it were yesterday.

pumpkinseeds are awesome. i also love any of the sunfish for aquarium species. they just make the perfect aquarium fish. they really domesticate easily. and they are so hardy. the best time is feeding time!!!
