i grew up listening to john prine because of my parents were big fans, now im 30yrs old and going to see him for the 1st time this saturday night in reading,pa. cant wait..ill try to take some vids...

@79pennington I was there.... Hell yeah! I'm 31 and my dad used to sing Paradise riding around in the hills of southtwest Va. when I was a kid. Happened to discover him on my own and was blown away when I heard that song again. This was my second time seeing him w/ my girlfriend, but the first, me and my dad saw him in Roanoke VA. Happy to have shared that experience with him.

That is a sad song........ I went to see John in Salthill, Galway and was asked back stage to join him and his bass player. John is a true human and writes words of truth............ his favourite bit of work is ' Hello In There'..................... check it out
