The majority of people who get this piercing dont have dimples naturally. But they have to HEAL first with plenty of room to swell up and down as cheek piercings are notorious for doing, or you will fuck up your face.

Wat r the plastic 1s called? When I go 2 the piercing shop, I can ask if they carry that kind. The piercing shop in my area says they only use a specific kind of jewelry that shudn't irritate ur skin or cause infections but I'm not sure if it is plastic. I'm almost sure its not. bioplastic :) I think it's better because anti allergic metal bars they use kinda irritate (well it did with my piercings) and bioplastic helps it heal better and won't irritate.

I just got my cheeks pierced and mine didn't swell either. my bars barely stick out when i push them out, otherwise they dont stick out at all. this is the second day i've had them. IN LOVE :D not much trouble eating at all. with the ptfe/bioflex bars that you have, i have read and my piercer told me that they are not good for the long term because they wear out, especially if you're biting on them.
