yea but you still have to keep in mind that the PFX processing in the Wii is nowhere as good as the 360 and ps3. If there was some way of getting this game to run on the Wii, it would have to be really cut down and forget about the DMM for sure.

Hes attacking the stormtroopers because if you read in GameInformer magazine, it said that one of the endings of the game can be killing Vader or the emporer. This wouldnt be the ending they might use for a future ending but it is definately a possibility for the game. Also, I'm sure after all of that genetic replication the troopers probably just shoot at anything. What would tou do if you were getting shot at?
If you look on Wikipedia and search for "Darth Bane" you'll see that he made the Rule of Two, which means that there can only ever be 2 Sith at a time, the Master and the Apprentice. The theory that this guy is killing imps to leave no witnesses is a good one as the Emperor wouldnt be happy if Vader also had an apprentice.
The counter arguement is that "The emperor would feel that much force" is bogus as Obi Wan Kenobi managed to stay hidden for years as did Yoda.

The only problems I see are continuity errors, mostly in the magnitude of the apprentice's power. Despite this, the story looks fairly promising, so we can only hope for an explanation.
the sith rule of two: there can only be 2 sith at a time--a master and an apprentice. the emperor is the master, and vader is his apprentice. therefore, vader is violating the rule of two. in order to protect himself and his master, vader, from the emperor's wrathful punishment, vader's apprentice can't leave any witnesses, especially imperial witnesses who could report back to the emperor.
no what Lucas meant is that there can be only 2 Sith Lords at a time-a master and an apprentice-not only 2 sith,as well there is the Jedi Hierarchy(Jedi Master,Jedi Watchman,Jedi Guardian) there is also the Sith Hierarchy(Sith Lord,Sith Marauder,Sith Assasin)..Vader's apprentice is another one force-sensitive,trained to be a dark Jedi,or so called a Sith..

That statement isn't really true. The blocking will be done automatically on every platform, just like JK3. If you played it on the Wii, it would only be logical for the blocking to be done automatically.
Actually this statement comes straight from the horses mouth (ie the guy in charge of developing the game) and as this is a bog standard hack and slash automatic block would remove half the challenge of the game. And what people want on the wii isnt automatic block but to wave the stick around like the lightsaber which is technically impossable.
im pretty sure the nice physics is going to be thrown away on the wii so they put 1 on 1 dueling to make up for it but im pretty sure it wont work out

Hes attacking the stormtroopers because if you read in GameInformer magazine, it said that one of the endings of the game can be killing Vader or the emporer. This wouldnt be the ending they might use for a future ending but it is definately a possibility for the game. Also, I'm sure after all of that genetic replication the troopers probably just shoot at anything. What would tou do if you were getting shot at?

If you look on Wikipedia and search for "Darth Bane" you'll see that he made the Rule of Two, which means that there can only ever be 2 Sith at a time, the Master and the Apprentice. The theory that this guy is killing imps to leave no witnesses is a good one as the Emperor wouldnt be happy if Vader also had an apprentice.
The counter arguement is that "The emperor would feel that much force" is bogus as Obi Wan Kenobi managed to stay hidden for years as did Yoda.

i never actually thought of that...i suppose that makes perfect sense. hah ddnt think of that. nice thinking dude. the designers are saying in interviews theres also apparently a system in the game that means the decisions you make are taken into account as to wether you are dark or light. i think everyone who is sane is going to become as dark as they can be. just because its good to be bad

let's hope the dialogue and storyline is as excellent as the kotor games, cause otherwise this will just be another jedi academy but with better graphics.

I'm not buying that whole, "The Emperor doesn't know about him, so he must kill Stormtroopers" explanation. I mean, someone thowing this much Force arround would be detected by the Emperor from half way across the Galaxy!
I think there'l be a better explanation in the game. Still, I can't freakin wait for this to come out!!

The only problems I see are continuity errors, mostly in the magnitude of the apprentice's power. Despite this, the story looks fairly promising, so we can only hope for an explanation.

the sith rule of two: there can only be 2 sith at a time--a master and an apprentice. the emperor is the master, and vader is his apprentice. therefore, vader is violating the rule of two. in order to protect himself and his master, vader, from the emperor's wrathful punishment, vader's apprentice can't leave any witnesses, especially imperial witnesses who could report back to the emperor.

no what Lucas meant is that there can be only 2 Sith Lords at a time-a master and an apprentice-not only 2 sith,as well there is the Jedi Hierarchy(Jedi Master,Jedi Watchman,Jedi Guardian) there is also the Sith Hierarchy(Sith Lord,Sith Marauder,Sith Assasin)..Vader's apprentice is another one force-sensitive,trained to be a dark Jedi,or so called a Sith..

yeh graphix for the Wii might not be as good as the 360 or even the ps3 but the gameplay is gonna pwn on the wii. Also i gotta say the way he holds the lightsaber is frekin awsome.

It just wouldn't work on the wii. To move the lightsaber in time to block would need the actuall reaction times of a jedi.

then you would have no buttons for the force which is the whole point of this game. Maybe another game with lightsabers will come out for wii only soon though. At the end of the day star wars is a galaxy, its limitless!

That statement isn't really true. The blocking will be done automatically on every platform, just like JK3. If you played it on the Wii, it would only be logical for the blocking to be done automatically.

Actually this statement comes straight from the horses mouth (ie the guy in charge of developing the game) and as this is a bog standard hack and slash automatic block would remove half the challenge of the game. And what people want on the wii isnt automatic block but to wave the stick around like the lightsaber which is technically impossable.
