Actually, the 3 stat up only Level Ups through Bonus EXP. rule only apples to FE10. Using BEXP. in FE9 is the same as a natural Level Up.

The only downside is lesser Weapon EXP., as you don't use your weapon to gain EXP. :P

Yeah I realized that a little bit later after recording this, when I gave somebody BEXP and they got like 5 stat increases lol. But I never coorected it. Sadly it's not the only mix-up I do. my fault for playing FE10 too much lol
