Just to clarify, I meant another title as in "Indian women don't get fat", not something rude or anything as such

I think the book needs to be taken in context with the fact that she was brought up in a certain lifestyle common in France. But this doesn't mean that other cultures have bad lifestyles at all! She's just telling us her views from her own culture and ethnicity, had she been Greek or Indian, who knows, maybe the book would be another title.
