for some reason the last 2 tracks ive exported are all good except for the high pitch bell or harp sounds, there completley off pitch. they come back when i export at a higher sample rate but i cant put them on an ipod and there really big files. im so baffled. wtf. sounds perfect in ableton then its all out of pitch when i export it. HELP PLEASE??

Would've been nice if you would have gone into a little bit of depth on the dithering types and the pros and cons of each. I have already looked into it myself but I think it would be something others would have found useful too.
@dag451 Great comment. I also think that he should have went into more detail on triangular and bit depth 16,24,etc.. But we all have to learn i guess.
MP3s are SHIT people its OK on a walkman but when you try and use them in production they break down VERY quickly and just cant stand up to any abuse in the form of time streching and other audio effects.Yeah it would be easy to save Your track stright from Live to your iphone but it only takes seconds to convert them so its no big deal.If u listen to an MP3 through a GOOD HI-FI or GOOD headphones then you can hear they are shit and full of artifacts.
@TehUberCyberBeast I'll hazard a more likely guess, since MP3 is patented, and would require a royalties payment to include it as a function in the program, they decided on other means.
