when you play tirakita fast, how should your fingers alternate. For example, I'm playing tirakita with Ti: Middle two fingers, Ra: Index finger Ki: Left Hand "Ka', and Ta: Middle two fingers. Now when I do the next Tirakita, do I begin with the Middle two fingers again, or the index finger i.e. Ti: Index Finger and Ra: Middle two fingers?

@ShyamazingLLP Two things here.

1. When you want to play double tirkit in accompanying taals eg. Keharwa, dadra, you do not play "tirkit tirkit". You would play "take tirkit take" or "take tirkit take tirkit" etc in place of just "tirkit" depending on tempo.

2. Playing "tirkit tirkit" is more of a classical combo. Do not use two fingers to play the tirkit. Use only the middle finger for the Ti and ring finger for the Ta. both tirkit should be playing the same way emphasizing the middle Ti.

Keherwa in itself isn't an acceptable solo Taal, but I like this quite a lot. Amazing! Kyaa baat!

Awesome.Such power and clarity. To the comment that this is not proper Keherewa solo...come on man. He is playing lots of laggi which is proper material for a Keherewa solo. I am so tired of tabla players getting bashed on youtube.

I got nothing against him, put this is simply bhajan ka theka! and that is not proper keherwa (for a solo, unless it has been made clear that you are going to play bhajan ka theka)! This is an entertaining solo, but not the best "keherwa".
