i like samhain the most, this was danzig's best writing

Definitely! The reason why its so unnoticed is because it was a transition band. It changed to Danzig in late 1987 I think.

And because it's not as commercial as the hard rock of the Danzig era records...I like all three bands but prefer Samhain.

Ofcourse, it got commercial the second Glenn changed it to his sir name (changed name) and got into Def American. I actually like the strange atmosphere in Samhain the best.
