To be honest, I don't workout to run onto a beach in slow motion thinking I'm a god for attention, I do it to feel great about myself and I'm competitive so I like to be the best no matter what. Ohh and saying that girls judge a man on his abs is rubbish, are you gonna date a girl because she has a nice ass? You've gotta like her personality too.

My favorite ab execrie is this.. Only do hanging leg raises, plank holds, kettlebell windmills . If you want to squat with really big weights or you wanna pushing harder, you've to build a strong core! Cruches are weak and gay.. :S

Also, try & train abs at the beginning or end of your workout, not in the middle. Switch it up & see what works for you

They have a slightly shorter recovery time because they are a fuctional muscle that is used all the time. try working them twice a week, once upper and once lower. gaps of rest are important for any muscle, but more inportantly you need to give the tendons a chance to heal because they tend to heal slower than muscle tissue that's being worked. quality over quanity

Remember to bring em all the way to your chest the way he does. It's hard but it ensures more of an ab exercise and less hip flexors.
