- I do not think 1000m throw is need for bike. Can you ride at airplane speed?
- Your recommended lights are too long and heavy for bikes.
- Flash lights are generally not suitable for bikes because the much difference of brightness between spot and spill. Your eyes will adapt the brightest spot and as a result you can not see other places well.
- Over 2000lumen bike lights already exists. Lupine 2600 lumen, Niterider 3000lumen, Full Beam 4500lumen.
Some lights of these may be too bright and make glare for others.
I use lights which have cut-off line from these lights usually for commuting.
You can see some lights which have cut-off line illuminate almost half below of hut wall.
They do not dazzle oncoming trafic if they are set as proper angle because only a little light go above the horizontal height.

Yes, the manufacturer claims it is 80lux@10m.
High,105lux@10m and Eco, 30lux@10m by my cheap lux meter.
