In order to do that, you'd need Inventor Routed Systems Suite or Professional.
The instructions below assume you have either one of those versions.
Create a new route, pick out the cable in your standard library, then create the desired route using those two holes and then populate the route.

Do You also Know how to create a kind of a cable into a assembly??? for example: if you have two holes and you want to connect the holes with a kind of cable.. is that possible ?
