Puerto Penasco, El Gulfo, and Nogales. I prefer El Gulfo because there is hardly any people and you can find a nice stretch of beach all to your self. We've been hesitant to travel recently because of the increased violence. :( Hope things settle down and we can go back soon! I like Mexico! Thanks for the recipe. Can't wait to try it!
Oh and no I haven't been to Mexico ever. I've been to Kansas and Los Angeles before :-) lived in KS for a while (had my college internship there) but never to Mexicco. So one thing I love about the State vs. Holland (my home) is you have so many healthfood stores! And such HUGE ones! Way more choice in organic produce. I envy you for that ;-) but we're getting there... it's getting more popular overhere as well.. too bad it seems to be a very SLOW process..
