I personally have been growing my hair out too, and I think you really need to do the big chop. I wont have videos up for while, but I used to have blonde hair and then realised the only way I could grow it out longer was to ditch the blonde grow out my natural to the length I likedand then go blonde again, trimming regularily. Plus you ve got such a nice face I think your natural could really suit you!
Great suggestions... made all the easier because my 'natural' colour is quite a dark hazelnut these days! *laughs* It's got darker with every pregnancy!! My mother never would have expected it to go so dark - it was natrually platinum blonde until I was about 12! Keep watching... I'll be back in a week or so with a follow-up post where you'll see what I ended up with!

i would totally do a bob like the one victoria beckam had..and just go a lil blonder!! would look amazing with your cheek bones and jaw line!
