Nowhere in the Bible does JESUS THE CHRIST do contemplative prayer. This is heresy! These Catholic "monks" started practicing Hinduism and Buddism and mixing it with their doctrine which is very much what Catholicism is about anyway. They mix paganism with a psuedo christianity. Please beware. Study this stuff out. Don't just listen to this guy. Jesus didn't do any of this crap. Read your Bible. To say that would be to say Jesus was a mystic and that is not so. That's Blasphemy!
