What's the point in sending someone out to put their life in danger from a potential armed robber? This may be nice for the customer when there is no danger, but I guarantee the customer isn't paying you enough to be putting your employees life in danger. There are so many other ways to insure a customer is safe: phone call, text message, two-way voice.
