You cannot use a booster seat with a lap belt only. She must be put back in a 5-point harness or moved to a side seat where she can use the lap-shoulder belt.
Yea i agree. Even though that would be safer what would be even safer is a 5pt harness seat. She looks to be under 80lbs so a radian or regent or any other seat like that would be safer. However these seats are expensive so a booster is OK for her. But, in order for that seat to be safe she MUST wear the lap AND shoulder belt. I dont understand why a parent would let their child ride like that.
If that is the case I think she should be moved to a seat where she has both a shoulder/lap belt otherwise she is at risk of sliding under the lap belt if they were in a cash.

Well, i think shes in a booster seat but she is only wearing the lap belt. Very unsafe.
