Haha, you're so wrong.. Anna Marie la' Spina is a long time friend of Darren Hayes. She is seen in MANY, if not ALL of Savage Garden's live performances.

She adds to all of their performances. She really does make them better, and a little more unique. Darren is very aware of her voice being louder than his, he wanted it that way.

oh please... if you knew anything about Savage Garden, you´d know that Anna Maria LaSpina was a regular part of the Savage Garden live band... PLUS she goes on tour with Darren Hayes, who went on solo after the breakup of Savage Garden... Darren´s voice and hers are perfect together, and Darren is a professional, so he knows about this fact and sings live together with her every time ;-)
