I guess Muhammad was indeed the prophet sent by God to the Arab people. But I don't agree he was sent to Jacob (theJews), as Abraham, Moses and even Elisha were greater prophets than Muhammad (saw). Actually, the Sunnah says the Prophet Muhammad had a vision in which he saw a giant, whose head reached to the skies. When he asked who the man was, he was told it was prophet Abraham. Same case with Esau (Christianity); raising the sick & the dead, Prophet Jesus clearly surpassed prophet Muhammad.
