The reason you have to have a gun is because it is hard to throw, by hand, pieces of metal at 3000fps. Think of firearms as tools. They serve a purpose for sport and hunting, as discussed above. Apparently guns also make for quick repairs of laptops :). I'm sorry you live in a country that makes it overly difficult to possess a firearm.

In the past 5 years, I have had 9 computers...HPO, Dell, and even 1 that cost me over $1,400.00, to be "custom built" locally!

They are all junk!

Vista with AMD Turion, 2 gig or RAM, NVIDIA GeForce Go 6100 (Model MT3419).

I take it with me on the road and it gets over 100,000 miles each year or so yet I am careful with it.

It's been a trooper... but I don't use it as a drink coaster either.
