It is from the French TV show called "Nulle Part Ailleurs" (NPA). You can read more about the show on the French version of wikipedia. If you search for "Sure Thing Live" on youtube you will see a short shot of the host with the other track that they played on the show. You can also find quite a few other bands performing live from the show if you search for "NPA Live".

If you ever get a chance to see St Germain live make sure you do, they are amazing on stage :)
