Love the video. Really insightful, thanks. One question that have is that while some echo boomers I work with really do relate to their parents in this way, it doesn't reflect the increasing reality of the atomisation of the family, particularly where there is an absent (as opposed to distant) father/ mother. I'd love your thoughts on how this works.
