  • Jim Romagna has a great balance of muscularity, mass and definition. Really impressive builder with a nice attitude.

  • That guy Greg Fisher has outrageous arms

  • Wonderful healthy physiques. Thanks for sharing.

  • Jim Romagna is my Health and Wellness Professor

  • Greg Fisher???

I've competed against that guy and beat him. This Muscle Mania Natural BB is BOGUS!!!! Greg Fisher did not look like that when I beat him, if he did he would've beaten me. He wasn't 176lbs either, he was somewhere in the 160's. These guys are taking something. Muscle Mania is not a legit organization when it comes to natural bb.

  • The reason for no ESPN etc. coverage is that they will not promote Bodybuilding due to the steroid and various other drug abuse...too bad natural bodybuilders have to suffer as Many of us enjoyed the coverage.

  • I agree even though i`v competed in many shows using gear the sport has got`n a bad rap because the drug abuse has gotten even more worse.. I for one applaud them for doing natural shows i know its a hot topic that people say there not but either way its showing people who want to compete that you don`t have to depend on drugs to do so

  • @kalel38 Muscle Mania`s is not a natural show...

  • It sad you see NOTHING about bodybuilding in TV any longer.

  • well im agains't the fact that natural bodybuilders use supplements, but i most say these body's look infinitly better then steroids 1's... this is beautiful hard work without " cheating ".

Here are my stats: 88kilos,6%bf,1m73, turning 18 in september.

  • I personally would be THRILLED to have my own body look like Quinn's....I think he has the best physique out of all 3 of them...he looks very muscular, very lean, and quite symmetric. He just looks absolutely fit!!

  • What's wrong with these judges?? I thought Quinn had the best physique out of the 3 of them...he looked the leanest, the most muscular, and the most symmetric. He should have gotten the highest score. Talk about sports politics!

  • In this competition, lowest score is best (they mention that in the vid multiple times).

  • Sorry for not paying closer attention. In that case, Quinn topped the other 2 guys. Regardless of their scores, I think all 3 of them have amazing physiques, and I would personally love to look like Quinn as I mentioned earlier.

  • WOW, this is exactly the kind of physique I want to have!! Could someone please tell me what diet and exercise routine I should be doing to look like this guy? Thanks.

  • Well, there is definately a genetic factor. I read books and books and tried many different kinds of diets, but the most important thing to do is determine the type of skeletal frame you have and base your training around it. Example: ectomorph= heavy weights and eating more. endomorphs will have to train the delts and lats more than the rest of the body, because of larger hip bones. Bodybuilding is about illusion. Build the delts and lats to make the waist look smaller.

  • How do I determine what my body type is? I think I'm an endomorph, because I'm carrying some body fat around my torso. It has been very frustrating for me to try and lower my body fat %.

  • Look in the mirror and see if your hip bones are as wide or close to as wide as your shoulder clavicles. If they are, you are probably endomorphic. The bodybuilding look is much harder for endomorphs because of a tendency to retain fat and the tendency to always have a large waist no matter how ripped they might eventually get. If you are endomorphic, build the delts and the lats. This should be the focus of the majority of your training. If these two groups are larger, waist looks smaller.

  • Great to see Jim Romagna up there. Not sure how long ago this competition was, but he's been one of my faves for years. Seems to be very grounded and personable yet is ridiculously handsome with, of course, an amazing body.

Here's hoping he's still doing well.

    A fan in New Orleans

  • how the hell do you get that ripped?

  • With steroids, lifting heavy weights, and plenty of rest ;-)

  • low carb, water depletion, lot of cardio before the show. Not to mention sodium depletion. Basically you feel like shit on stage and you can cramp up easily but you look the best when you feel the worst

  • But doesn't the body need carbs for energy? Right now, I'm on a diet that consists of nothing but pineapple, tuna, and vegetables. Could you please tell me what sorts of supplements I should be using to look like these guys?? Thanks.

  • yes the body needs carbs for energy....but during the last week of the contest you are not trying to gain muscle....you are just trying not to lose it.

Dont worry about supplements right now....they arent magic. Look up pre contest diets on the internet and go from there. I dont know your metabolic rate or how you look so you gotta do some research yourself because the trick of this is understanding your individual. Learn as much as you can. Take care.

  • How do I figure out my metabolic rate?? Should I just make an appointment with my doctor and discuss this with him? Help??

  • Perfection!!!
