I think he put it on max difficulty after we beat it on normal...i just died all the time after that. a game so hard u wana throw a party after beating it... love zsnes and the internet hate the lag xD

I hate to say this, but the actual Super Nintendo Contra 3 is much more harder than the uploader makes it seem; I know cuz I've actually finished the game on hard mode maybe 2 or 3 times... and I'm telling you its much more harder. The whole game is harder actually, especially the ending. Whoever played the game "is" good, but they weren't playing with the hard(I call it SUPER HARD!)difficulty on the original SNES game. Just so you know the actual HARD mode is epic! :) Thanks 4 the memories!

@ispyonu20 The uploader is not playing the original Super Nintendo game! In order to beat the hardest level on the original game you would have to have some serious skills! Average will never cut it! The reason why some might comment about the same issue is because someone who has played the genuine article would know the difference right away. Its like an expert on paintings or another field; if they saw a phony painting they would know right away if something didn't add up. :)

when i beat this game on hard mode and still do. i stood still in the level 6 the red falcons palace and shoot his little aliens for 1-ups until i felt i had enough top beat the game. it's NOT cheating because your earning the 1-ups so i put a chair on the y button where it shoots to press it down,came back 45 mintutes and had lives to beat it..theres up up down down left right well u know the rest , eh that doesn't work here hehe. great game challenging too!

I learned a lot from this, I didn't know you could quick fire crush missiles like that. I can beat hard mode losing only one life, and the closest I came to a perfect playthrough was I made it to the last red falcon battle but I got hit by one of the spikes on its helmet. With this I should be able to get a perfect, much respect to you for your skill.

@fuckcomments Switching weapons when firing allow to fire double projectiles. Like if you fire with Spreader (S), normally you will shot 2 times in a row then another 2 times when the other bullets go off screen but if you switch when firing you will fire 4 times in a row. doubling the damage done
