  • By the way kids, this film was directed by a woman, Barbara Peeters! It is an excellent entry into the man in a rubber suit, creature features with wonderful direction from her. Love this film.

  • I live near the areas where this was filmed in Northern California. Howling was also a Corman production that had a similar setting. It's definitely creepy here, with big primordial forests and thick ocean fog.

  • It is on Netflix

  • @TheJohnApocalypse yes and it is streamng

  • Laughed at the line: "Where man is the endangered species" at 1:00. Even though the planet population in 1980 was 4.5 billion.

  • To watch it or not to watch it.

  • The ending was fucking epic!! ill never forget that wild shit lol

  • why would the creatures wanna mate with man? did I hear wrong?

  • @tulllguy So they can speed up their evolution and take over the land, too.

  • @MrThePandaman I mean why "man" and not woman? Mate with "man" sounds a little funny.

  • @tulllguy 'Man' as in 'HUman'. The line "Women are the ultimate prize." should have cleared that up for you.

  • what does the woman say after he says "why the girls?" It sounds she says "they are driven to mate with men now" at 0:35.

  • This for the day looks pretty fucking good.

  • Horny fish monsters from the 80's! Japanese import dvd has slightly more blood.

Monster costumes are pretty sweet lookin'!

  • Your gonna get rhaped!! XD lawl!!

  • Blockbuster Online has this movie, Netflix dont. I just added it to my Blockbuster que. Heck people should just get both services. You can do the cheap plan for both and still come out under 15 dollars a month. Stream Netflix movies, then rent Blockbuster DVDs and be able to trade them in the store for new movies, Video games included.

  • The narrators kicked ass during the 80's! LOOOOOOOOL! These movies RULE!

  • seen this trailer on tfh website looks good!

  • This was when monster movies were sincerely disturbing and creepy and dark. Not as concerned with political correctness, and with real time special effects that pack a more visceral punch than CGI ever will. All hail old school monster movies!

  • @KamenRiderNecro damn straight.

  • @KamenRiderNecro right on

  • Hey Humanoids from the Deep is a good movie, well at least thats the way I remember it

  • They hunt them not for killing.....MMMMM ...for mating ^^

  • In 1973 a soundeffect for explosions was recorded and it is still used till that day.

  • Kick-Ass sleazy exploitation monster movie!
