57 strict pushups! 5:14, that's the number to beat! Melissa is too modest to toot her own horn, so I'll do it for her.... ;-) She does her pushups with excellent form! i. elbows top clears the top of scapula, ii. elbows tucked back and not flared out to the sides iii. complete control with no bouncing off the bottom/top, and iv. body straight. Hmmm ... I vaguely remember Cathe had a special way she liked to execute those last two pushups ? Maybe you can demonstrate it next week ... ;-)

Haha you should have heard me, I was rooting for you to get through it :) If you want to track your progress on drop sets, you could just time how long it takes you to do the whole thing, and then whittle that down. (This one was 5:14, by the way :). ) Barefoot, you rock - thanks for the workouts, the updates and the inspiration.
This workout will definately build my arm strength! My arms are killing me! I'm not as strong as you though so I actually cheated a little because I did girl pushups = ( but it was a overall great challenge. 56???? WOW I didn't know I was doing that many! Thanks! =D
Yay! I was looking for this type of video! I need to stop arching my back. I can barely do 3. On my 3rd I fall down *lol*!
