  • i understand your point, but RESEARCH before you talk next time.

  • that was amazing...message me some time! :)

  • No kidding, around here if someone was starving an animal, I would be right there giving it food whether the man said so or not. You wouldn't scare me away from that.

He was trying to get attention. Like, showing a photo wouldn't have been just as good of a starving dog to show as art with the artistic side he was trying to convey. It's bullshit.

My thought process was all stunned, too, like yours when I tried to make a video... lol. I was just all 'uuh' gosh. WTF.

  • Yeah, animals can feel fear, like us. And I'm sure thats what the dog felt when he was being starved in the exhibit.

  • Are is a representation of life and death. It is not life and death. Starving a dog is starving a dog. Taking a picture of a starving dog in order to convey the meaning of hunger, and desperation is art. If I starve my child, can I call it art? Can I wheel my sick mother out onto the lawn so everyone can get a good look at her durring her last moments, and call it art? Or is it just a side-show, a cruel, unusual side-show. Entertaining? Maybe. Art? No. Nothing original about a dead dog. Not art.

  • couldnt have said it better msyelf.
