You should consider on using BGM and SFX, rather than using the SFX from the original video.

As for the loud peaked mic voices...

To compensate that, while screaming, you must set down recording volume a bit lower. I learned that for my episode 04.

Other than that, the randomness is great, you just need to perform it a lot better.

There's a lot of yelling in random places... I'm actually a little thrown whenever a new character shows up without any explanation because they tend to yell or do something seemingly random that just... doesn't seem too funny.

It was okay. But you have some work cut out for you! Watch the lip flap a little more and pay attention to the humour being derived from the episode itself. :)

I'm having a very hard time following because I don't watch Code Geass, but I think the robot fight could have been a little better explained because it seems completely random.

There are a lot of very random breaks from the plot and it can be extremely hard to follow. I would try making less jokes that come out of random places and focus more on drawing humour directly from the episode...

And if you ARE doing it, chalk it up to me not having watched this series and thus missing most of it.

I would hold of on the music to be honest. IT seems a little loud and jarring and distracts from the dialogue.

...the CaramellDansen doesn't do it for me. It seems to come out of nowhere.

The mapquest, however, had me rofling for quite a bit.

I don't get the I Choose you Lelouche... also, I find the humour is much better when it relates directly to a scene and isn't thrown in, suchas the Harry Potter and what not.

Using actual scenes from the show throws me off as well. Also, giant robots.

First thing: Your opening is much too long. Try to keep it from 20 - 20 seconds tops. Aim for short, sweet and intense. And don't bother name dropping. People don't tend to care who voiced who in the long run as long as it's mentioned in the description. Just have it show the show.

The voice of the TERRORISTS guy and the BUMBLEBEE guy are VERY loud. Try to get them to back off of their mics juuuust a little. The humour is cute, buy it's a little disjointed and random. Random can be good. --
