  • A fascinating look behind the scenes on Lateline Business

  • Thank you Mary. The attention to detail Darling. Just wonderful.

  • Love Ali Moore. If I wasn't gay I'd be fantasizing about her 24/7

  • Thnks for this insight! Now I know news reporters and so-called journalists truly are retarts

  • zzz just get to the bloopers

  • Why did she keep on re-doing her questions, sounded fine...??

  • classy moore-could so talk me into buying whatever stocks she profered.

  • WTF she isnt even really talking to him in real life

I didnt know it was so fake like this

  • Just coming back to see this babe once more. She is so dam hot its not funny. ill marry this woman if i had a chance. Sheesh, she is so beautiful.

  • I love you Ali

  • lateline, i love you

  • This ali moore chick is beautiful. she is such a babe.

  • this is so ridiculous. Noddies are just a part of the construction of tv, everyone uses them. and yes the hair fiddling is just a part of tv too. this is all pretty standard tv practice.

  • wow why does she redo that question so many times? It was fine the first time.

  • its funny when after the lady does her hair she dont want to move her head incase it goes out of place.

  • why does she annoy me?

  • What are you talking about she's fantastic. i wonder if she's single?

  • I watched the full program on the ABC site. That re-do interview is very good editing.

  • awesome. its just like the frontline parodies

  • That hair fiddling is extremely unnecessary.

  • "Just doing a few "noddies" for later". What a farce.

Perhaps we could dispense with the human interviewer altogether and have fully digitised interview using digital technology. Then we could dispense with the cameraman and the sets and some geek could just pull it together on his laptop. Who would know the difference.

  • Noddies are standard practice. Every damn news program in the world uses them to cover up unflattering visuals. They don't mean anything. The more dodgy common practice is rewriting and rerecording the questions to better suit the answer.

  • they aren't re-written, she's just trying to sound more professional, but I was impressed that she didn't change a single word that she said originally.

  • Yeah, I know that. I was just saying that it is fairly common practice to change those words.

  • What about when she's talking to that guy and says that they'll take out one of the questions?

  • Presentation is theatre but the substance is journalism. Disappointed not to hear one swear word. Naomi Robson on Lateline - I'd like to see that.

  • Media.

It's all done to control us.

  • I' think it's more accurate to say inform us.

  • ...says the guy with the username "PR0GRAMMING".

  • You're so brainwashed mr informed. great name by the way. the media is a tool used to control people. you only know what they want you too Sir RickWarren is 100% correct.

  • Ali's clipped, precise chairing of Lateline is now fully explained. A lovely looking lady who lacks warmth and reality. Now we know why.

  • Thanks for putting this up, I know this is standard industry fare but it's still interesting to see it in action. A bit more of an insight into her personality as well.

  • LOL
