lol dont try to make it sound complecated, all you do is force air out of your mouth with you tounge, not your lungs, making a kind of whoosh. Then you just flick your cheek or hit your head (hitting your head is harder but simple once you figure out how to do the mouth movement) and do it like a millisecond after you started to make the woosh, or a milisecond before you made the woosh. The only part thats hard is lining up the woosh with the hitting.

It's not easy. Shirley has tried to show us to do it and I, personally, just cannot do it. She says it takes practice. Lot's of practice. It's a process of making the sound with your mouth, making an 'eeeeeh' to 'ooooh' sound using the reverberation of a percussion object to cause the audible sound. Hope that helps a little.
