  • I just fixed one....the way I have always done it is in the microwave.....then I add garlic powder, sea salt, pepper and 1 stick of butter.

  • Thanks for the video. I love spaghetti squash. I also just nuke it, so much easier. After I remove the strands I add, mexican style tomatoes, black beans, cilantro, cumin, garlic salt, and black pepper. Then I spoon into a casserole dish and top with monteray jack cheese bake 350 for 30 minutes. It has 250 cal, 8gm fiber and 15 gm protein. This is for four servings.
