I prefer putting screws on one side of brackets on the slider part first of all just in case you didnt drill plum you get chance to alter also many windows do not always run plum so will make the rad look pissed better to adjust visually to look level even if not .Also those slanting tails are going t look crap and even harder to clean behind , nice little offset or bring the hole out a bit.
