very jerky.. looks like you had the stabilizer on the lens active, or your tripot is not smooth.

So get a good tripot or a Glidecam 1000 HD. and turn the gyro off on your lens

Does this camera come with a built in lens? You're just zooming in and out right? And the camera is autofocusing on the background and foreground.
