U r right. I think , Urdu is best language for poetry, beyond any doubt. There is such rick vocabulary for poetry and to express any kind of emotion, that no other language comes closer to that.

@radil505 Jawaab hain bahi sahb. If you search history books you will discover that the Urdu poets where very much influenced by the Persian poets like Hafiz Sherazi, Sahdi Sahib, Mawlana Jalaludin Bakhi and so on and on and on.

As a matter of fact the reign of King Nadir Afshaar and Ahmad Shah Durrani brought Persian/Afghan/Iranian culture into great Indian subcontinent.

I´m not saying they are better bro! Just the fact that we share a glorious and rich culture and history.
