  • LOOK LIKE SHARK

  • @tdsmeg4

wrong. Dolphins have a dorsal fine, it is the caudal fin that that separates (most) fish from dolphins. On a dolphin, the caudal fin is horizontal, whereas on a fish like a shark it is (usually) vertical. That is why when you see a shark in the water close enough for it's fin to break the surface you see two fins. I've spent a lot of time wade fishing in the Florida flats. Knowing if I need to get my ass out of the water or not when I see a fin is relevant to me =)

  • @Elthenar well i was reading a book about dolphins and they have a slightly different dorsal fin then sharks plus their body motion so its easy to tell them apart

  • @tdsmeg4

You said they don't have a dorsal fin, that is what i corrected you on. You are dead on about the swimming motion. It is directly related to the major differences in the caudal fin.

  • @Elthenar well i actually meant to say something else my grammar was really bad then apparently though oops :-)

  • look really nice there love dolfins lol

  • Dolphins were the only thing we failed to see in Clearwater, maybe next year, cool vid.

  • They're also in the Intracoastal Waterway as well, such as in Boca Ciega Bay.

  • i just there n i love it
